Amir Hassan Sadaghiani has been in private practice since October 2014. Before joining the firm, Amir served the people of Orange County as an Assistant District Attorney starting in December 2006. During his tenure at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, he skillfully investigated, prosecuted, and tried a wide range of cases, including those involving murder, vehicular assault, arson, and robbery. Amir's commitment to justice was further exemplified through his work in the Special Investigations Unit, where he managed the office’s wiretaps, and his role on the Major Crimes On-Call Panel, where he responded to homicide scenes and assisted in initial investigations.

Amir is a proud member of the New York State Bar and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
